Job Summary:
Satguru Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive B2B, B2C, and Corporate Sales. The role requires regular visits to travel agents and corporate clients to promote our travel services and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to travel agents, corporate clients, and potential partners to generate business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Promote and sell Holiday packages, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and other travel-related services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and service execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in field sales (preferably in the travel & tourism industry).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with travel packages, corporate travel, and industry trends.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and meet clients daily.
