Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales team. Key tasks include monitoring sales performance, identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market research
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai, with a flexible schedule to meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
