Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and expand adoption of Patient Lens AI across hospitals in Chennai territories.
  • Strategize and execute targeted sales approaches to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard hospitals (50 - 200beds) through consultative selling and demos.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders (CEOs, Medical Superintendents, MRD Heads, IT Directors).
  • Understand hospital workflows and pain points to position Patient Lens AI as a value-driven solution.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to pilot execution and contract closure.
  • Represent the company at healthcare events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, webinars, and targeted outreach programs.
  • Actively participate in industry events to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage pilot programs to ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships for renewals and referrals.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, ethical conduct, and professional integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years in healthcare B2B sales (MedTech or hospital solutions).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations (MRD, HIS, Discharge process).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with AI/HealthTech products or NABH/ABDM processes is a plus.
