Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets for Ola Electric products in the assigned area through effective dealer and channel management.

Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet partners, and key customers.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed.

Ensure proper product display, branding, and promotional activities at dealer outlets.

Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth order execution and payment collections.

Train and guide dealer sales teams on product features, pricing, and sales techniques.

Resolve dealer or customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare and share regular sales reports and forecasts with the Regional Sales Manager

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

812 years of experience in sales, with at least 35 years in the automobile or EV industry.

Expertise in using diagnostic applications and tools

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a multi-location or regional role.
