Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Team Leader (Area Sales Manager) to lead and manage a team of 4-5 Field Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the team's performance, achieving sales targets for your assigned territory, and ensuring the continued growth of our health supplements and wellness products. You will be a mentor and a leader, providing guidance, training, and support to your team while also maintaining key client relationships and contributing to strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

ؠTeam Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 4-5 Field Sales Executives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure consistent growth and development.

ؠSales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned territory. Monitor team performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, providing support and corrective action as needed.

ؠTraining & Development: Provide ongoing training and product knowledge sessions to the sales team. Assist in onboarding new team members and ensure all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.

ؠField Engagement: Conduct joint field visits with team members to mentor them and to engage with key stakeholders, including supplement stores, retail pharmacies, dieticians, and physiotherapists.

ؠRelationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.

ؠMarket Intelligence & Reporting: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for the entire territory. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, forecasts, and sales plans for senior management.

ؠRecruitment: Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new Field Sales Executives as the team expands.

Qualifications:

ؠExperience: A minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or nutrition industry.

ؠLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.

ؠSales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

ؠCommunication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with both team members and diverse clients.

ؠEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field.

ؠTravel & Driving: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
