Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Kolkata for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing sales in the entire east region, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include developing effective sales strategies, providing product knowledge to clients, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing comprehensive sales reports. This position allows for partial work-from-home flexibility, requiring regular on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Should have experience in HORECA industry.
• Proven experience in sales management, client relationship building, and team collaboration
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Knowledge of the furniture or lifestyle industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
