Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory, managing dealer relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, training sales teams, and maintaining strong customer relations to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in sales, business development, and revenue target achievement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including dealer management and customer relationship building
  • Market analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in managing and mentoring sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Understanding of the tiles, sanitaryware, or related industries is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
