About Finkraft
Finkraft.ai is an AI-first financial-automation company. We turn the hardest layer of enterprise travel and tax — invoices, identities and indirect-tax recovery — into clean, compliant, recoverable data for large corporates and their travel ecosystems. We are now building the operating layer for hospitality e-invoicing and cross-border VAT recovery across the UAE and the wider GCC, and we need someone to turn that product wedge into a repeatable commercial motion.

We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead B2B corporate sales growth across Bangalore. This is a pure individual-contributor, field-sales role demanding strong on-ground presence, a hunter mentality, and a demonstrated ability to build and nurture enterprise relationships across mid-to-large corporates.

• Conduct a minimum of 4–5 structured, face-to-face client visits daily, as directed by the Hiring Manager
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, solution's, negotiation, and closure
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Build account plans and grow wallet share within existing corporate accounts
Corporate Travel Business
• Drive corporate travel solution sales, including airline tie-ups, TMC partnerships, and hotel / hospitality programs for enterprise clients
• Engage the required stakeholders — travel desks, procurement, admin, and finance — to position and close corporate travel mandates
• Negotiate corporate rate agreements, SLAs, service contracts, and renewals
• Ensure maximum renewals in line with agreement schedules
Channel & Partner Management
• Identify and onboard channel partners, resellers, and travel agents to expand market reach
• Train and enable channel partners to effectively position and sell company offerings
• Monitor channel performance and ensure adherence to pricing and policy guidelines
Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Maintain accurate CRM records — pipeline, activity logs, and client interactions
• Provide daily / weekly territory reports covering market feedback, competitor activity, and opportunity status
• Initiate sales reviews with channel partners and enterprise accounts, and contribute to strategic planning discussions
RequirementsEducation
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Sales / Marketing preferred)
• Certifications in Travel, Hospitality, or Sales Management are a plus
Experience
• 5–10 years of B2B / corporate field sales experience in a customer-facing role — preferably from the Travel, TMC, Hotel / Hospitality, or Airline industry
• Proven track record as an individual contributor in corporate sales, with measurable revenue delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing channel / partner ecosystems
• Prior exposure to corporate travel sales or GCC travel programmes is advantageous
• Must be currently based in Bangalore with established local market connects
Skills & Competencies
• Strong field-sales acumen with the discipline for daily, high-volume client visits
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-negotiation skills
• Ability to engage C-suite, Procurement, HR / Admin, and Finance decision-makers
• Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS), finance processes, and B2B invoicing
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
• Self-motivated, with strong ownership, accountability, and target orientation
