We are seeking dynamic and self-driven Area Sales Managers (ASM) with strong direct sales experience to drive business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end sales activities. Generate a revenue from Punjab, Haryana & Himachal Pradesh region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage and grow business across the assigned territory through direct field sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and ensure product visibility.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasting, and territory performance updates.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
35 years of proven experience in direct field sales.
Must have an experience of IT hardware product sales & AV/VC products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle territory-based responsibilities and achieve sales targets.
Must have expertise an assigned territory.
Good understanding of the regional market and customer behaviour.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive travel.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
