Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, leading and motivating a sales team, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves consistently analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and generating reports for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Market analysis capabilities, with experience in identifying trends and opportunities
  • Client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in the healthcare or hearing care industry is an advantage
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region
