Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This role will also involve monitoring market trends, providing feedback to the product team, and representing earKART at various events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Pharma, Medical Devices, Hearing care industry or healthcare sector is a must
• Sales Strategy and Sales Target Achievement skills
• Team Management and Leadership skills
• Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
