Role Description
The Area Sales Manager - Decorative Finishing Division will manage and expand the sales of decorative coatings and products in the assigned region, based out of Chennai. This is a full-time on-site role that involves developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, market research to identify trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in market research and developing effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of decorative finishing products and technical expertise in coatings or related industries
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
