Job Description

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for managing all outlets in the assigned area, working on expanding the outlet network, leading a team, and overseeing Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). The ASM should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all outlets within the assigned area, ensuring optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Supervise and mentor Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
3. Develop and implement strategies to add new outlets, including identifying potential locations, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the setup process.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and footfall in outlets.
6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team to improve productivity and sales performance.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and other partners.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and territory insights to management.
