Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi NCR for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves managing and expanding sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with healthcare practitioners. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, providing product education and demonstrations, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth and represent the company in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Knowledge of Healthcare Sales, Product Promotion, and Market Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Goal-Oriented Approach, and Target Achievement
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Understanding of regenerative medicine or medical devices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
