About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the HR-technology and talent solutions sector, focused on delivering enterprise-grade recruitment and workforce management products to mid-market and large enterprises. You will join a commercial team that combines consultative selling with rapid product adoption to drive measurable HR outcomes for customers across India.

Standardized Title (best-performing): Regional Sales Manager (Primary title for this role)

Location & Workplace: On-site India (field-heavy role covering assigned territory)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and growth for the assigned territory: develop and execute territory plans to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, approach and convert prospective enterprise customers and strategic accounts using a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and manage channel and distributor relationships to expand market coverage and drive repeatable sales motion.
  • Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activities; produce accurate forecasts and sales reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and onboarding teams to run localized campaigns, demos, and customer rollouts that increase adoption.
  • Coach and coordinate with field staff or partners to optimize route-to-market, merchandising, and post-sale customer success handoffs.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in territory and field sales with demonstrable quota attainment.
  • Territory management and key account management expertise.
  • Channel development and distributor relationship management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Sales forecasting and advanced MS Excel for reporting and analytics.
  • Strong negotiation strategies and deal-closing capability.

Preferred

  • Experience selling HR technology, SaaS, or enterprise software to HR/People teams.
  • Background in trade marketing or field activation for product launches.
  • Experience managing and scaling distributor-led sales models.
