Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and managing accounts within the assigned territory. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, providing customer consultations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills, including identifying leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of account management and customer service best practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding sales analytics
  • Experience in the security or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
