A well accomplished Sales Leader preferably working with or has worked with LG/Samsung/Lenovo/Dell Display business as an account manager / area manager in the most important area of a particular market for a period of at least 6+ years. Total work experience in Sales should be 6+ years.
If not LG/Samsung/Lenovo/Dell then should have worked with a related peripheral brand / networking brand / Product category that is sold by the SI/VAR channel selling PCs to enterprise customers
Excellent knowledge of Distribution Management within SI/VAR channel
Data base of entire SI/VAR network within the territory that the candidate is going to manage.
Very good understanding of Key Account Mapping and Key Account Relationship management
Deep understanding of Customer buying journeys in different scale of enterprises as well as different industry sectors within the same
Product knowledge of Monitors
Understanding of pricing structures / rate contracts / tenders / GEM business
Deep understanding of Funnel Management
Preparing rolling sales forecast based on deep understanding of Funnel
Strong personal networking with leading PC equipment distributors, VARs and Sis in the territory
Demonstrated large deal closures with End customers in Enterprise directly
Strong Networking with Large end customers in the territory
Understanding of legal agreements involved in enterprise deals
Excellent capability to prepare quotations for all sizes of enterprise deals with consultative selling
Deep understanding of the market aspects for the territory
Understanding of GST and Tax structures

Responsibilities:
Represent ViewSonic and Lead Sales and Distribution of ViewSonic Monitor
Preparing market level sales and distribution strategy and execution plans
Identify and appoint high potential and highly committed distribution partners as per the distribution plan
Drive Sell In / Sell Out / Sell through targets achievement
Maximise Width of Distribution and grow share of ViewSonic Monitor business within the active partner base
Maximise quarterly active SI/VAR partner base
Effectively build strong relationship with the channel partners
Plan optimal channel outreach based on the business strategy
Build direct connect with large end customers and drive sales closures by tracking different stages of lead and associated actions
Stock management at all channel levels
Pricing management
Funnel management
Drive local level marketing and sales activation programs with support from marketing teams
Ensure product training / demo experience management for sales team / distribution partners / SI partners sales teams
Co-ordinate with HQ team in case of customised service requirement or customer escalations
