Job Description

  1. Job role:
    1. To lead a team of relationship managers - 5-7 RMs
    2. Manage, develop and enhance deepening of the relationship with Channels (Branch, DSA, Builders & Connectors etc.) - regularly visiting the channels & maintaining relationship with them
    3. Responsible for achieving team targets and sales volume including priority sector lending
    4. Ensuring Teams Productivity along with Location Productivity - both on-roll & off-role employees
    5. Responsible for Location NPS
    6. Responsible for cross sell of CASA, CC & TPP
    7. Increasing the distribution channels across the markets being handled
  2. Job requirements:
    1. Should have good interpersonal skills
    2. Ability to manage, motivate and lead team
    3. Should possess relationship building skills
    4. Should have a fair understanding of eligibility calculations for Salaried & Self-Employed profiles, reading of Credit Bureau reports, Legal & Technical aspects of the properties
