Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing dealer/distributor networks for furniture hardware products such as hinges, drawer slides, handles, locks, modular kitchen accessories, wardrobe fittings, and architectural hardware solutions. The role involves managing channel partners, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.

Roles & Responsibility :

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.

Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

Generate business from furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen companies, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

Expand product visibility and market share in the assigned region.
