Key Requirement for the Position
Cash Management at the branch:
1.Ensure Productivity at desired level in the areas assigned
2.Petty Cash register Maintenance & sending of Petty cash reports on time to HO.
3.Withdraw cash from the Bank and disburse loan on time
4.Ensure that all the Audit Officer's maintain the quality of the files to a minimum of 95%
5.Ensure all the Audit Officer's maintain and regularly update the cash collection report,Cash Register & other related reports Customer Delight /Customer Relationship Management 6.Ensure the team interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt and quality service to the customers
7.Ensure that the Audit Officer's cross-verify with the customers, if any Relationship Officer has asked for the commission against the loan disbursement
Carry out the pre and post loan procedure:
1.Ensure that the Audit Officers in all the branches conduct the financial Analysis and check the credit history of all the applicants.
2.Ensure that the Audit Officers conduct Contact Point Verification (CPV) of all the customers.
3.Ensure that the Audit Officers manage the disbursement process with proper process before the set time lines.
4.Ensure that the Audit Officers coordinate with the Hub team/operations team till the loan disbursement.
5.Ensure that the Audit Officers disbursing the loan of the Customers along with the Branch Manager.
6.Ensure that the Audit Officers handover the loan file and passbooks to all the customers.
7.Ensure that the Audit Officers regularly update the necessary details on BR.net
8.Daily report to the Regional Manager about the Audit updates of all the assigned branches.
9.Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about Audit updates, issues and opportunities
10.Supervise the Audit Officer's to ensure they are adhering to the processes and policies of Suryoday and the operational activities are completed as per the guidelines provided in the Branch Operational Manual.
11.Ensure that all the Audit Officers give 20 surprise visits to the center meetings in a month.
Ensure Productivity at desired level in the areas assigned. Ensure that branches manage daily operations to achieve business goals .Supervise and guide the team to maximize revenue. Perform market research to study consumer behaviour, latest trends and competitor activity. Ensure that the team source customers in approved area. Ensure that all the branches of the assigned area achieves Cross selling targets of other products to the eligible customers - As & when applicable. Ensure that the branches collect the outstanding amount on or before the due date. Ensure that all the center meetings will be closed with 100 percent collection. Ensure the team interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt and quality service to the customers. Ensure that branches staff delivers timely and quality services to customers. Ensure that the branches comply with all the processes mandated in the business. Ensure that the branch Managers regularly update the necessary details on BR.net. Daily update State Head about the business for the branches under him. Ensure that the dormant center's should not be reflected in any of the branch for more than 5 days. Ensure that the branches disburse loans at the branch as per schedule with proper process. Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities. Supervise the Branch Manager's to ensure all employees are adhering to the processes and policies of Suryoday and the operational activities are completed as per the guidelines provided in the Branch Operational Manual. Ensure that all the branch employees are trained as per the training schedule from time to time. Ensure that the branches are adequately staffed as per approved manpower plan for smooth functioning of branch. Nurturing the talents / Evaluate team performance and build up individual development plans.
