To conceptualize, formulate, Initiate, and implement all Policies, Processes & Procedures pertaining to human resources management to support the achievement of organizational objectives by way of effective development, utilization & satisfaction of the Human Resource.
Major Job includes GPTW / Gallup / Engagement Index / Employee Satisfaction Survey / Mentoring / Job Banding and Job Analysis.

Responsibilities Assigned
Manpower Planning for Staff including benchmark studies
Organization Structure
Administration of JD directory (development and standardization as per benchmark positions) and any amendments required as a consequence of change in organization structure,
Competency Mapping
Talent Management including Talent Segmentation ; identification of Hi-Pots and Career Path Development, Leadership Development Plan area identification,
PMS- Coordination and facilitation of Goal Setting / Appraisal Process and any meetings / familiarization workshops related to these processes, compilation of scores and normalization, promotion / progression lists based on Manager and Management feedback,
Compensation and Benefits Revision: C&B Benchmark study, revision inputs based on PMS score, correction, promotion, preparation and uploading of CTC revision / promotion letters; Pratibimb with IDP Development
Policies Formation and Amendments of policies, benchmarking with best practices from industry, communication on policy information, clarification, monitoring implementation status of policies
SOP and WI
OD Initiative : Step-up and succession plan, Exit Interview Analysis, New Initiatives
Employees Engagement and Employee Relationship Building - Plan & Implement various Employees Engagement activities like Town Halls, communication meet, Skip level meeting, Think Tank, Open door, Family Day, cake Day (Employee Birthday Celebration), suggestion scheme, Help Desk (Voice of Employee) solution within 24 hours etc. for all level of employees.
Reward & Recognition- Drive various kind of Employee Reward & Recognition scheme at Group level in coordination with Leadership team
Employees Communication - Prepare internal communication to employees on key HR initiatives.
MIS : Monthly Performance Review / MIS
All MIS related to area of work
Computer Literacy
Exposure to LMS
Working on SAP/ PeopleSoft/ Darwin Box
Should be Proficient in MS office suite & Analytical skills
