Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and motivate business partners to meet objectives and revenue goals

  • Leverage CRM tools for account management, reporting, and accurate sales forecasting

  • Drive the company's revenue-generation system by consistently meeting sales targets
  • Train sales teams and help develop skills and practices for achieving sales success
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of sales teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
  • Monitor projects closely and support the team for successful closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Conduct regular sales forecasts and coordinate with different departments to explore opportunities and streamline sales processes
  • Analyze market trends and technologies to increase market share consistently
