Position: Project Architect – Turnkey Design & Execution A GEN C | Delhi-NCR
Role summary Lead architect responsible for concept-to-completion delivery — someone who designs, then owns execution on-site rather than handing off after drawings.
Responsibilities
- Own design development through construction, including regular site visits and execution oversight
- Coordinate with contractors, structural/MEP consultants, and vendors on-site
- Manage BOQs, quality checks, and schedule adherence during construction
- Lead client-facing presentations and design reviews
- Operate with founder-level ownership — able to run a project independently with minimal oversight
Requirements
- B.Arch (COA registered), 0–5 years experience
- Proven turnkey project experience — not just design-stage portfolios; must show projects seen through to handover
- Willingness to travel to site regularly (Delhi-NCR and beyond)
- Working knowledge of Indian building codes/IS standards, BOQ and estimation
- Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit/Rhino - AI tools; exposure to rendering tools a plus
