We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring strong design and technical expertise, along with experience in managing end-to-end architectural projects. This is a full-time position offering opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept through execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues during execution.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated project outcomes.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
