Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect and Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and visualization skills. You will be responsible for conceptual design, 3D visualization, detailed drawings, and coordination with the design and execution team.
Location: Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, presentation drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams for project execution.
- Develop realistic renders and walkthroughs using visualization tools.
- Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project documentation.
Required Skills:
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketchup, D5 Render, Lumion, Rhino 3D (knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus)
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and detailing.
- Good visualization, rendering, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 1 - 5 years of professional experience in architecture and visualization.
