Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Bhubaneswar. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings. Daily tasks include creating architectural designs, integrating various project elements, managing projects from inception to completion, and collaborating with interior and landscape design teams. The Architect will also coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture
- Experience in architecture competition and design thinking.
- Knowledge of Integration and Software Development related to architectural projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects is a plus
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
