Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project coordination, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in BIM/Revit.
Play a key role in driving design excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptual and detailed design development for architectural projects.
Oversee BIM model management, drawing production, and quality control.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, Interior, Landscape).
Manage client presentations, design reviews, and approvals.
Ensure designs align with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
Contribute to innovation, design research, and adoption of new technologies.
