Job Responsibility:

We are looking for an Architect – Interiors to design and execute Control & Command Room (CCR) interior projects across multiple locations in India. The role involves space planning, interior design, site coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining quality and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute interior fit-out projects for CCRs across PAN India.
• Prepare layouts, working drawings, BOQs, and 3D views.
• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site surveys, monitor project progress, and ensure quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 4+ years of experience in architectural/interior fit-outprojects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or V-Ray is preferred.
• Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, construction materials, and working drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across India for project execution and site visits.
