Role Description

This is a full-time Architect's role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architecture projects, integrating technical solutions, and ensuring design meets client needs. The day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, creating architectural designs, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful implementation. The role also involves liaising with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with AVA's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design to create innovative and functional designs.
• Knowledge of Softwares Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Enscape etc

• Strong understanding of construction processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
