Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Project Architect's role based in Chennai, with a minimum of 7 to 8 years experience in an Architectural Practice. The chosen candidate shall be leading a team of architects and architectural assistants. The candidate shall be responsible for the overall delivery of projects, both architecture and interior design.

The day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, collaborating with project consultants and site teams, managing design delivery timelines, and ensuring successful project implementation. The role involves working closely with the Principals, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with firm's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Good leadership skills, excellent temperament in handling clients, team members and site teams.
• Knowledge of Softwares like Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Enscape etc. is a desired.
• Strong understanding of project sequencing, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
• B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree in Architecture with a minimum of 7 to 8 years of similar experience in other firms.
