JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments
• Resolve customer disputes and negotiate payment plans
• Update customer accounts and payment records
• Meet or exceed monthly collection targets

Requirements:

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Experience in denial management and physician billing.
5. Career gap should be below 6 months
