- Experience in AR calling and dealing with insurance claims
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency in using billing software and other relevant computer applications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance processes is beneficial
- Willingness to work in nigh shifts
1-2 years of experience in AR Calling
