Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the supported technology/platform services.
Initial triaging, and remediation, if possible, of all P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents.
Responsible for escalating incidents from events to CC/SD on outage Incidents.
Responsible for updating Knowledgebase articles.
Responsible for incident queue management.
Responsible for mentoring the team members.
Responsible for Vulnerability Management for Operating System and Applications
Responsible for working on Incidents, Changes, Service Request, RCA Investigation & Problem Requests
Responsible for creating and updating Known Error documentation.
Woking on ITIL Process.
Responsible for Managing Global Print server management and support
MacOS Complete E2E Support OS Migrations / Compliance Checks / Package Creation and Deployment using JAMF / JAMF Server upgrades
Knowledge on Bash/Shell Scripts.
Windows Application Management and Supportability Example., VPN-AnyConnect / Privilege Guard
Virtual Machines Build and Shell Creation using vSphere
Browser Services Supportability ActiveX / URL-Redirections / Browser Compatibility and Configuration issues
MBAM Tool management for Bit locker recovery/services
Responsible for providing Technical Solution for Projects with Software Packaging
Managing E2E Lifecycle of software in production environment
Responsible for Intune Enrolment and Managing Intune Policies/update rings
Responsible for managing Windows Defender Rules
Responsible for Application Deployment and Compliance
Responsible for SCCM Infra Management and Upgrade
Responsible for OS-Lifecycle Management and Feature Upgrade
Driver Deployment for OS
Skills and Capabilities :
Essential Desirable :
In Depth Knowledge on Windows 10 Operating system and their capabilities.
Experience with Service Now ITSM tool is preferred.
Operational experience with Windows 10 in Application Management and Driver Management.
Operational experience with Microsoft SCCM infrastructure and Deployments using SCCM.
Experience in MS Office 2016 and products to a level of providing support on the package as whole.
Application Management with packaging methodologies using InstallShield and Flexera Adminstudio
Working experience on Mac OS, Print Server methodologies with centralised solution printing.
Operational experience in remote management of devices using remote support tools.
Experience with using Knowledge articles and documented SOPs to resolve tickets.
ITIL Knowledge on Change, incident and problem management. Must be strong in interpersonal communication and should have handled Priority issues and customer call and escalations.
Able to grasp and understand new technological trends / concepts.
Must possess good problem solving and communication skills.
Expert level of Experience in end to end Client state management with respect to managing Incidents, Problems, changes and capacity Problems, changes and capacity management aspects
Multi years of work experience in Technical teams working in Shifts on rotational basis covering 24*7 support
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential.
