The professional collaborates with different teams to ensure smooth operation and continuity of critical applications, often working under pressure to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions to maintain business functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Continuously monitor system health and performance to anticipate potential problems before they impact operations.
• Assist in the development and improvement of monitoring processes and tools to enhance system reliability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Event Management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret system alerts and logs effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple system components.
• Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures.
