Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed and multi-tiered environments.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices within cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
