Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interface with customers to understand requirements and provide technical assistance.
Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software tools.
Collaborate with R&D and product teams for issue resolution and feature enhancements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Support product evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Manage escalation of critical issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years experience in technical support or application engineering in the EDA or semiconductor domain.
