Application Development Associate Advisor Salesforce Full Stack

Position Overview:

This position is viewed as an expert in IT systems architecture/development. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. This role will make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture development issues. The person will coordinate with users to determine requirements and ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. This role will primarily be developing for the Salesforce Commercial instance. Typically requires three to five years of experience of Salesforce Experience. The person will need to understand Classic and Lightning Salesforce applications

Responsibilities:

This position requires advanced technical, organizational, and communication skills. The Salesforce Architect / Developer is a key technical resource. The position is responsible for understanding business strategies and pain points and creating comprehensive development and project solutions that solve business needs that are implementable within the specified timeframe and budgets

• Develops solutions for Salesforce Instances.
• Currently develops for enterprise projects in Salesforce Lightning.
• Designs critical solutions that improve application efficiencies for Salesforce Application.
• Guides and trains other less experienced team members in Lightning
• Establish and maintain security and integrity controls. Provide appropriate consulting, interfacing, and standards relating to database management, and monitors transaction activity and utilization.
• Screens requests for services, determines general customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative solutions and functional specifications, and develops conversion plans and procedures.
• Provides leadership, guidance and oversight for activities of applications development. Provides focus on cross-application integration and solution design across projects as necessary to ensure success.
• Coordinates with users to understand requirements. Analyzes designs, creates and implements more complex databases including access methods, device allocations, validation checks, organization and security.
• Works on Agile Scrum Team.

Qualifications:

• 6-9+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong Salesforce development skills.
• Comfortable working with management, business, and technical leaders
• Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills to facilitate the coordination and completion of multiple and varied works requests.
• Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline with an advanced degree preferred and at least three, and typically five or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
