AP Costing Analyst

Role: Costing Analyst

Location: Palwal (Plant site)

Note: Monday through Saturday (5.5 Days working)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Job Work Transaction Monitoring

• Reconcile inventory inflow and outflow through job work transactions.
• Ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

1. WIP GL Review

• Ensure WIP clearing is zero at the end of each day.
• Investigate and address any inconsistencies in the WIP GL.

1. Production-Related Queries

• Respond to production and inventory-related issues.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve challenges efficiently.

1. Correction of Inventory

• Implement inventory corrections such as map changes and stock creation.
• Ensure system records accurately reflect physical inventory.

1. Material Inventory Reconciliation

• Conduct regular reconciliation of system-generated inventory reports.
• Ensure alignment between physical and system records.

Skills and Knowledge

1. Min 5 years of experience post qualification in cost accounting or financial analysis.
2. Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualifications

CMA fully qualified
