Our ambition is simple: to be our clients most valued asset-management partner.

Group Description

  • Bernstein Advisory Services is a growing strategic advisory business serving ultra-high net worth clients and advisors across the Bernstein platform. As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive project management professional to help build operational infrastructure, support advisor engagement, and drive execution across a wide range of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal oversight, anticipate needs, and proactively drive work forward across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Given the global nature of the role, this position will operate in a follow-the-sun support model, helping maintain momentum across projects and initiatives outside of U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Project Management

  • Serve as a central coordination point across internal stakeholders including advisors, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams

Revenue Tracking & Invoicing Support

  • Help develop and maintain processes for tracking advisory service engagements and related revenue streams
  • Coordinate invoicing workflows and monitor payment collection processes
  • Track advisor participation and support accurate reporting related to sourced opportunities and associated compensation tracking

Pipeline Management & Advisor Engagement

  • Maintain and update dashboards and pipeline reporting related to inbound advisory inquiries and opportunities
  • Track incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up with advisors and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor stale or inactive opportunities and proactively coordinate next steps
  • Support strategic advisor engagement efforts, including helping identify high-potential advisors and tracking outreach activities

Proposal & Content Development

  • Support development and coordination of client-facing and advisor-facing materials including presentations, case studies, flyers, and proposals
  • Partner with marketing teams to help drive content from draft stage through final production
  • Leverage prior proposals, templates, and existing materials to create first drafts of customized proposals and engagement documents
  • Convert draft content and slides into polished PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials

Strategic Support

  • Assist with data gathering, analysis, and internal business insights to support growth initiatives
  • Help build scalable processes and operational infrastructure for an expanding business
  • Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects and evolving business priorities as the platform continues to grow

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting support, client service, or a related role within financial services or a professional services environment
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems proactively with limited direction
  • Experience supporting senior executives or business leaders in a fast-paced environment preferred

  • Comfort operating in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client and business information
  • Familiarity with ultra-high net worth client environments and expectations preferred

What Will Make Someone Successful In This Role
