Must Have:
- Angular 8+ (preferably newer versions as well 18 and 20+)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with Angular animations, RxJS, REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with responsive design frameworks
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, ARIA, semantic HTML
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Roles & Responsibilities :
UI Development & Animation
- Develop dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using Angular (8+), ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implement advanced UI animations and transitions to enhance user experience.
- Create reusable UI components using TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern Angular frameworks.
Accessibility (WCAG Compliance)
- Design and develop applications adhering to WCAG 2.x accessibility standards (A/AA levels).
- Implement ARIA roles, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines covering Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust principles.
- Perform accessibility testing using tools (Axe, Lighthouse, etc.) and address compliance gaps.
Responsive & Multi-Device Compatibility
- Build mobile-first, responsive UI supporting cross-browser and multi-device compatibility.
- Optimize UI for different screen sizes and devices ensuring consistent UX.
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize application performance, load times, and rendering efficiency.
- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient state management.
Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into the UI layer.
