We are looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular) to join our product engineering team and play a key role in building scalable, high-quality web applications. As a senior individual contributor, you will lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems, shape frontend architecture, and drive best practices across the team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, mentorship, and building products that truly serve users.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Angular
- Lead frontend initiatives end-to-endfrom concept to production
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and contribute to roadmap planning
- Conduct and lead code reviews, define coding standards, and ensure high code quality
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Advocate best practices in performance, accessibility, usability, and maintainability
- Proactively debug, diagnose, and resolve complex frontend issues
What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong expertise in Angular and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of modern frontend engineering practices
- Experience designing and building component libraries or design systems
- Proven experience building performant and scalable applications
- Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs and clearly explain technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Product-oriented mindsetyou care about why you're building something, not just how
- Ownership mentality and willingness to step in when things break
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an early-stage startup
- Strong product sense
- Experience debugging complex performance issues
- Familiarity with AWS
