At Aokah, we're building the operating system for global capability orchestration. Our AI-powered Geo Wisdom Foundation helps enterprises make smarter decisions on where and how to scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Role Overview
We're looking for an Analyst / Sr. Analyst Geo Wisdom to join our Operations | Product team.
You'll be at the heart of data research, modeling, benchmarking, and dashboard execution ensuring timely, reliable insights that shape enterprise decision-making on GCC strategy.
What You'll Do
- Geo Intelligence: Research and benchmark cities across talent, cost, risk, and readiness. Build comparative datasets and scorecards.
- Data Modeling: Develop and maintain TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models, risk frameworks, and benchmarking tools.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Build and update readiness dashboards for leadership and clients.
- Operational Delivery: Support multi-country rollout frameworks with accurate, on-time assessments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, ops, and data teams to embed Geo Wisdom outputs.
- Governance: Maintain high standards of reliability, compliance, and unbiased analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in analytics, consulting, operations, or program support (location strategy/global expansion experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; advanced in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with decision-support dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Clear communicator, able to structure insights for business decision-making.
- Organized, with ability to manage multiple deliverables across geographies.
- Comfortable working in data-rich, AI-enabled environments (coding not required).
Bonus Points:
- Exposure to GCC hotspots like India, Poland, or Mexico.
- Experience with risk taxonomies, AI governance, or orchestration frameworks.
- Prior work in outsourcing/professional services environments.
