About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented GTM Analyst to support our sales operations and commission processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and transparent sales incentive calculations, maintaining data integrity, and enabling leadership visibility into GTM performance. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Google Sheets, loves working with data, and enjoys bringing structure to complex commission models.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and automate commission tracking models in Google Sheets.
- Manage monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts.
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to align on commission structures and policies.
- Consolidate data from multiple GTM sources (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel/Sheets) into structured reporting dashboards.
- Identify discrepancies and troubleshoot data issues across sales performance and payout data.
- Create visual summaries and share insights on quota attainment, performance trends, and plan effectiveness.
- Support ad hoc analysis for revenue forecasting, territory planning, and sales incentive design.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in a GTM, Sales Operations, or RevOps analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), data validation, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and HR teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with commission plan modeling or sales incentive compensation.
- Experience with advanced excel/google sheets.
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Sigma, etc.).
- Comfort working with large datasets and automating manual workflows.
- Understanding of GTM metrics such as ARR, MRR, NRR, and quota attainment.
