Job Summary:

As an Analyst-Reg Ops - Change Management within APAC Operations, you lead end-to-end change delivery from demand intake through implementation and BAU transition. You coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to shape priorities, manage execution, and ensure governance, documentation, and controls are consistently applied. You drive standardization and automation to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and risk outcomes across APAC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, compliance, and operations to deliver agreed change objectives.
  • Support portfolio and agenda management by providing analysis that informs sequencing and prioritization decisions.
  • Facilitate governance forums by running meetings/calls and ensuring decisions, actions, and outcomes are captured.
  • Track delivery progress by managing plans, milestones, RAID, actions, and dependencies through to closure.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and artifacts to ensure adherence to procedures, guidelines, policies, and data-quality principles.
  • Assess incoming change requests by clarifying objectives, scope, success measures, and recommending prioritization.
  • Lead initiation activities including kick-offs, requirement elicitation, analysis, and scope definition.
  • Manage day-to-day execution by monitoring quality, delivery health, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Engage stakeholders as a trusted conduit by providing clear, timely status and development updates.
  • Document APAC regulatory requirements and act as a Country SPOC with global/regional operations, technology, and product teams.
  • Deliver process standardization and automation with embedded controls across build and submission processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bring 2+ years of experience in or significant exposure to project/change management disciplines.
  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence partners and colleagues.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to shape scope, priorities, and delivery decisions.
  • Adapt flexibly to changing business requirements and shifting priorities.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including updates suitable for senior management.
  • Demonstrate a control and risk mindset, anticipating gaps and driving appropriate remediation plans.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Leverage banking and regulatory knowledge, ideally across APAC operating models.
  • Apply payments knowledge to support change shaping and impact assessment.
  • Produce management reporting and metrics suitable for senior leadership consumption.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to build materials and analysis efficiently.
  • Utilize Visio and/or MS Project to document processes and manage plans and timelines.
  • Operate confidently in Jira to manage work items, actions, and delivery tracking.
  • Employ Tableau and/or Alteryx to enhance reporting, analytics, and automation outcomes.
