Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Backend Recruiting Services professional. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the recruitment process, including requisition supply, contingency process, and background checks. This position requires 0-1 year of experience in a similar role, and the willingness to work in rotational shifts (US and India hours).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the requisition supply process by sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide support as needed
- Conduct background checks on selected candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including drafting offer letters and managing candidate correspondence
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including US and India hours
