Job Summary
The Analyst Learning Solutions supports the design, development, and delivery of learning programs and initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and drive business performance. This role involves data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and operational support to ensure effective learning experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and deployment of learning content and digital training solutions.
- Analyze learning data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage learning projects and timelines.
- Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Support communication and engagement strategies for learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience in corporate learning or talent development is a plus.
