Requirements

  • Contribute as a member of the team to derive actionable insights fromvoluminous quantitative and qualitative datasets
  • Leveraginganalytical tools for powerful data visualization(MS Ofiice, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Own and deliver high quality outputs, of the allocated workstream, timely to regional stakeholders with support from supervisors
  • Generatecomprehensive hypotheses/insightsand prioritize solutions for the most pertinent issues using various tools and techniques. These may includeindustry research, presentations, data modeling, and other analyses
  • Support and drive automation of analysis by leveraging tools onAI and advanced analytics
  • Work well in ateam setting; Seek and provide actionable feedback in interactions

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of6-8 years of relevant experience- exposure to management consulting and/or data analytics relating to market/ business/ consumer insights, preferably withinConsumer Products / Retail industry domains
  • Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders
  • Understanding ofanalytical tools and techniquesincluding / similar to Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI is mandatory; Understanding of Python, R, and SPSS would be a plus
  • Strong skills inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPointare required
  • Knowledge about leadingAI based solutionsare a plus
  • Candidates should possess excellentanalytical, communication, and team player skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Experienced within Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!
