Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- 4 years of experience delivering analysis projects and working on open ended problems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in Technology, Product Policy, Trust and Safety or related fields.
- Experience in policy/program management, User and merchant experience, business strategy, or related fields.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate policy concepts.

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across Geo Engineering, Product and Operation teams globally to solve open ended, abuse problems for Maps.
- Leverage LLM and Machine Learning technologies to build solutions for solving problems.
- Conduct OSINT analysis, develop proactive monitoring, and error resolution to create well-defined processes.
- Drive analysis, defining ways to optimize business performance and ensure execution within relevant function, or sub-function.
- Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Manage project work and lead working groups.
