PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Under Armour is seeking an Analyst, FP&A – Corporate Functions with experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support corporate cost centers and enable business performance management across key functional areas. This role requires strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes, and the ability to perform variance analysis and translate financial results into actionable insights in a cross-functional environment. The position will support monthly close activities, prepare standardized reporting packages, and deliver analysis across corporate functions, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Reporting Structure: Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the Director, Corporate FP&A at UA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):

• Support monthly close activities for corporate functions including accrual tracking, expense validation, and alignment to accounting results
• Prepare and deliver standardized monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting packages for corporate functions
• Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actuals to plan, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and insights
• Partner with FP&A leadership and functional stakeholders to provide financial support, clarify performance trends, and support decision-making
• Maintain and enhance reporting templates, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability across reporting cycles
• Consolidate data across systems and sources, ensuring alignment with financial systems and reported results
• Develop and maintain financial models and tracking tools to support visibility into corporate spend
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities within functional budgets
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency
• Maintain documentation of processes, assumptions, and methodologies for reporting and forecasting activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques (including Power Query, pivots, and modeling) - Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Solid understanding of P&L, expense management, and variance analysis
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate insights effectively
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, OneStream, or Oracle (Preferred)
• Experience with finance automation and AI tools (Preferred)

WORKPLACE LOCATION:

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our (UA India) office.

Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week
