Phreesia is in search of an Analyst, Contract Operations Specialist to be an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a Contract Operations Specialist to support sales, finance and accounting operations (Quote to Cash or Deal Desk) and meet the demands of its growing business. This position requires a highly motivated individual that has strong accounting, operational, and analytical skills and possesses an understanding of internal controls.

What You'll Do:

Review new customer contracts for accuracy and completeness

Review contract modifications to ensure compliance with pre-established contractual terms and conditions

Setup and maintain customer contract records within Salesforce

Ensure Salesforce data integrity through continuous audit procedures

Assist with monthly revenue recognition and billing reconciliations by leveraging Salesforce data

Collaborate with Legal and Sales teams to answer accounting-related questions during the sales cycle

Identify and escalate complex, non-standard revenue recognition and billing items within customer contracts

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies and procedures

Continually improve business processes through automation, thoughtful analysis and researching best practices inside and outside the company

Maintain continuous audit of Company monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and annual contract value (ACV) by customer

Reconcile and report cumulative and net MRR/ACV bookings

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting preferred

2-3 years of related experience

Sales/Contract Operations experience for a SaaS Company required

Salesforce Opportunity management experience required

Salesforce CPQ experience required

Experience dealing with legal documents and contracts required

Working knowledge of US GAAP

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail

Self-motivated with strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working experience and knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley internal control requirements

Ability to adhere to and meet internal and external deadlines

Capable to prioritize workload and perform in a dynamic and challenging remote environment

Ability to recognize potential issues and problems, know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible

Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including formula engineering, data manipulation, and reporting

Shift time -
  • 30 pm to 12.30 am

    Weekly Rejuvenation breaks - Saturday & Sunday
