- The Real Estate Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for understanding the
user requirement and identify, evaluate and acquire suitable land / property for
development of Grinding Units / Plants / Mining Lands / Offices / or any other use as
may be required by the organization.
- Should have thorough understanding of land procurement processes and all aspects
of land / property deals.
- Should have a strong background in real estate transactions, land use planning, and
property laws.
Key Responsibilities
Land Procurement:
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine suitability for development.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of land purchases with landowners and
representatives.
- Prepare and present land acquisition proposals to senior management.
- Conduct preliminary due diligence, including title searches, environmental
assessments and zoning compliance.
- Manage timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the
acquisition process
Legal Documentation
- Supporting Legal Team in Due Diligence and Title search reports.
- Support in Drafting legal Documents like sale deeds, agreements & MOUs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and
standards.
- Work closely with legal teams to resolve any issues related to land titles,
easements, and encumbrances.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisitions and
transactions.3. Real Estate Land
Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, real estate brokers, and
other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market trends, land values, and development
opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify strategic land acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with finance teams to secure funding for land purchases.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on land acquisition activities and
progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and development, to
facilitate smooth transactions
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Law, or related field;
Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience of land acquisition in 2-3 states of north India,
real estate transactions, and property law.
Strong knowledge of land procurement processes, sale deeds, and real estate
land deals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-
oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage
multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Open to travel.
